Saltzman, a graduate of the University of Chicago and Hebrew University Law School, is admitted to practice law in New York and in Israel. Mr. Saltzman has represented clients in numerous matters in Israel and the United States, with an emphasis on cross border litigation and international family law, and is fluent in both Hebrew and English. Dmitry Besedin, of counsel to the firm, is a seasoned attorney admitted to practice in the Russian Federation, and specializing in the areas of Russian Commercial Law, International Private Law, Corporate Law, Insolvency, Law of Obligations, International Transactions, Russian and International Litigation and Arbitration. Dmitry is also licensed by the Appellate Division, First Department, of the New York Supreme Court to practice in the State of New York as a foreign legal consultant. In such capacity, he is able to advise American and foreign clients on various legal issues arising under the Russian and CIS law. He has counseled clients and represented their interests before the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce of Russian Federation, Higher Arbitration Court, as well as the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. He has authored numerous articles on various legal topics and has published a book on Russian contract law. Dmitry received his law degree from the Moscow State University of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Dmitry is a member of the New York State Bar Association, International Law & Practice Section. He is fluent in English and possesses a working knowledge of Portuguese. Gabriel Freedman, of counsel to the firm, is admitted to practice in Israel. Mr. Freedman, a graduate of Hebrew University in Jerusalem, has a broad range of legal experience with a strong emphasis on commercial litigation and real estate issues. Mr. Freedman, based in Israel, is fluent in Hebrew and English.
